Yeah, we know. You came here to get absolutely yoked, not to read legal mumbo jumbo. But our lawyers insist we need this, and they're scarier than leg day, so here we are.
The TL;DR: You use this app at your own risk. We're not doctors. We're not personal trainers. We're just a bunch of nerds who like to lift heavy things and write code. If you hurt yourself, that's on you, champ.

BY USING SWOLE.FIT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
By accessing or using Swole.fit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service. If you're under 18, get your parents' permission first (and maybe ask them to spot you too).
THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT SECTION. READ IT TWICE. MAYBE THREE TIMES.
You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. Physical exercise, by its very nature, carries with it certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWOLE.FIT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGE, WHETHER PHYSICAL, MENTAL, EMOTIONAL, OR FINANCIAL, THAT MAY RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Service is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or exercise program.
NEVER DISREGARD PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE OR DELAY IN SEEKING IT BECAUSE OF SOMETHING YOU HAVE READ ON OR ACCESSED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
As a user of Swole.fit, you agree to:
Swole.fit is a workout tracking application. We provide tools to log your exercises, track your progress, and flex on your friends with your gains. That's it. We're not your doctor, your therapist, or your mom.
You may use the Service to:
You may NOT use the Service to:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SWOLE.FIT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We make no warranty that:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Swole.fit, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the Service.
In other words: If you do something dumb and we get sued because of it, you're paying for our lawyers. And they're expensive. Like, "premium protein powder" expensive.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices. Spoiler alert: We care about your privacy almost as much as we care about your gains.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. But why would you? The gains train has no brakes!
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us. But remember, we're not liable for anything, including our response time to your emails.
Stay swole, stay safe, and always consult your doctor!
Remember:
These terms are designed to protect both you and us. Exercise is awesome but can be dangerous. Be smart, be safe, and when in doubt, consult a professional. We're here to help you track your workouts, not to take responsibility for them. Now go forth and lift responsibly!
